Fairground
For all you thrill-seekers, the LGBT love festival features a huge fairground on its ground that is open from 12 pm-1 am every single day. That’s a lot of hours to enjoy the rides and there are so many different ones to choose from. Including bumper cars, Ferris wheel, carousel, rollercoasters, the mechanical bull, the wipeout, the funhouse, ghost train and soooo much more. You will also find lots of the typical delicious fairground snacks, such as cotton candy, ice cream, fried doughnuts, caramel apples, french fries and all that good stuff. And don’t worry, they haven’t forgotten about the beverages – bars are scattered all around selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Man Vs Food
Yep, that’s right, there’s a competition of how much food you can eat against the clock. And guess what… if you eat enough, you will win a $500 cash prize. So if you love your food (who doesn’t?) then this can is the competition for you. It takes place at 7 pm every evening on the entertainment stage and there is a limit of 20 contestants. You will be given 20 minutes to eat 20 burgers (a regular hamburger size). It may sound easy but trust us, it’s not. Once you get to the 10th burger you’ll start to feel it. Only the true champions preserve through! If more than one person manages to eat the 20 burgers, the prize will go to the one who did it the quickest. And if you don’t feel like eating 20 burgers, this is great entertainment to sit and watch.
It’s Dance-off Time!
Get your dancing shoes on. This event takes place on the entertainment stage at 4 pm every day. Talented dance instructors will take to the stage and teach many different dance styles. You will need to check the LGBT entertainment schedule to see what dance styles you can learn each day. It includes street dance, folk dance, samba, ballroom and even Irish dancing. Don’t worry if you have two left feet, this is just a bit of fun and can be very entertaining watching everyone attempt to bust some moves. And you might just learn a thing or two! It’s completely free of charge so there’s no excuse.
Games
Feeling Competitive? This festival offers a wide range of games that you can play with or against your friends. Including freeze dance, musical chairs, grab the tail, pin the tail on the donkey and many more. Once again, check out the LGBT Love Festival game schedule to find times, days and where to meet. Not only are these games extremely entertaining and amusing, but there are also many prizes available for winners.
